I had the Garlic Cucumber salad and the Saozi biangbiang noodles. It was seriously one of the absolute best meals of my life! Photos are after I had eaten some of each dish. I couldn't wait.

Noodles here were excellent. Meat was OK. The place itself is quiet but the service was quick. You place an order through the app, and they bring it to you. Not many drink options though. I would recommend if you're looking for something flavorful and authentic.

Family-run establishment. The son was so friendly and the dad was literally pulling noodles as we are. The cucumbers were spot on. I used the cucumber sauce in my beef noodle soup omg so good. My husband had the spicy noodles and they were thick and chewy in the best way. The portions size is def worth the money but I couldn't finish mine. We will def be back before we leave Seattle

Unassuming, affordable small noodle shop with fast service. You can watch them make the noodles. The soup broth is simple — it’s not as seasoned as pho and that’s good! It’s supposed to be that way. Add the chili sauce at the table for spice. Worth paying a bit more to add bok choy. The pork and chive dumplings were plump and delicious, with the perfect homemade touch. Would totally go back!

This restaurant really blessed Capitol Hill with the best hand pulled noodles!!!! I got their braised beef brisket hand pulled noodle soup and stewed pork sandwich and they were both DELICIOUS. They were both so flavorful and the noodle soup was perfect for the rainy Seattle day. The pork sandwich was juicy and soft on the inside with a crispy bun on the outside. So perfect! I regret not coming here sooner. The restaurant seems to be run by an older couple and they are sweet. The lady reminds me of my aunts who fuss over me and make sure I have enough food to eat so this place really feels like home. Definitely recommend stopping by!

I dined at this noodle restaurant and was completely taken aback by their quality and service. The portions they serve are incredibly generous; every time I've visited, I've struggled to finish my meal because of how full I am! But the highlight has to be the flavor of their dishes. If you're looking for authentic Chinese biangbiang noodles with that genuine Xi'an taste, this is the place to be. A delightful culinary experience I'd recommend to all Chinese noodle lovers out there!

It's in the name: hand pulled noodles! Should you choose one of the several dishes with the hand pulled noodles you can see the staff swinging long sections of dough as your meal is prepared. Catch their eye and you might find that they put on a show for you. The noodles were tender and served as the perfect canvas for the soup, I had the braised beef with a five spice egg thrown in for good measure. It was so good I almost forgot to take a picture for the review!
